CRM analyst - Vodafone (Dublin, Ireland)

INTERNAL ROLE TITLE: CRM Analyst
REPORTS TO: Data Insights Manager
FUNCTION:
DEPARTMENT: Marketing

Role Purpose

Execution and development of data mining and statistical models required for analytical CRM. Contribute to the targeting, design and measurement of the success of campaigns.

Essence of Role ­ Key Accountabilities

  • Proactive propensity modelling, including optimal target market modelling for new propositions.
  • The modelling and 'maths' needed for campaign optimisation.
  • Overall and consistent measurement of the success of customer contacts.
  • Provision of all models required for campaign optimisation and Intervention Vault.
  • Segmentation understanding.
  • Development of Churn models.
  • Contribution to the design of contacts, including facilitating trial methodologies to test new ideas.
  • Ad hoc analysis when required.

  • Key interface with the CRM manager and proposition owners in Marketing.
  • Key interface with the Campaigns Execution Team

  • Production of a Churn Prediction model.
  • Product propensity models.
  • ROI analysis of campaign
