We are currently seeking someone to fill the position of Marketing Database Analyst in our Quincy, MA office, reporting to the COO. This person will be responsible for leveraging existing customer relationships to improve effectiveness of repeat borrower and cross-sell campaigns. In this role you will work with all areas of the company and our external partners to contribute to the company’s strong growth trajectory.
Job Description/Responsibilities - Analyze rapidly growing customer database to determine segments and appropriate marketing communications
- Coordinate with product managers, website managers and customer service representatives on campaigns and customer feedback
- Execute e-mail campaigns from list definition through to tracking and reporting
- Use customer segmentation data to create effective and efficient marketing campaigns
- Identify key campaign success criteria, forecast ROI, measure & report campaign results
- Work with current management team to implement company’s overall strategy
- Interface with partners and affiliates to design and execute co-marketing campaigns
- Track, measure and report on database and campaign metrics
Qualifications- 2-5 years of marketing experience focused on database management. A plus if you have past financial services or student loan industry experience.
- Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree with concentration in marketing or business preferred
- Involvement in past successful execution of media campaigns from creation and execution to post-campaign analysis
- Exceptional quantitative, analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities
- Data mining skills with MS Access and a basic knowledge of SQL database structure are required
- Strong communication skills
