Sr Email Marketing Analyst (West Chester, PA)

The successful candidate will initially serve as the project leader, working with the business unit, for the selection and implementation of a new email service provider (ESP). Once implementation is complete, they will lead training sessions on functionality and serve as the internal contact for all questions and support, owning the relationship between QVC and the external ESP vendor.

Additional responsibilities will include: Develop segmentation, testing, reporting and analysis strategies and tactics for email campaigns. Present key findings to business unit, management and senior management. Present and discuss in-depth results on a regular basis to business unit. Furthermore, they will develop reporting and analysis for online marketing. Partner with the online marketing and MR&SA teams to create & implement suggestions for performance improvement. Present key findings to management and senior management. Additionally, the successful candidate will serve as the liaison between the IT team and the email business team to maximize email deliverability.

Required Experience:

• Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience, required.
• 5+ years of experience with email service providers (ESPs), such as CheetahMail, SilverPOP, Yesmail, Responsys, etc.
• 3+ years of experience with web analytic systems, such as Coremetrics, Omniture, Websidestory, etc.
• Proficient skills in Microsoft Access and Excel.
• Working knowledge of SQL, Visual Basic, business intelligence tools.
• Ability to travel overnight on an infrequent basis.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
