Web Analytics Expert (San Francisco, CA)

Requirements

• 3+ yrs of applied research experience related to computational linguistics, data analysis collaborative filtering, behavioral profiling, relationship mapping, semantic clustering and/or personalized search
• Conviction that you can radically improve on established practices for content discovery and managing information overload Intuition for creating heuristics that approximate the perfect answer to a problem
• Practical understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning techniques
• Ability to translate complex math into something an engineer can program a computer to do SQL, Databases, XML experience
• Comfortable working in both a Linux and Windows development environment

• Knowledge of Text classification, Linguistics and Clustering
• Knowledge of Evolutionary, Bayesian, and Markov required
• LAMP experience
