Sr. SAS Programmer/Analyst (CA)

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented statistical analyst with an advanced degree in statistics and 5+ years of experience working with large volume data sets, particularly in the areas of data analysis and statistical modeling for one of our premier niche consulting firm clients.

The successful candidate will be expected to work with minimum supervision to provide fast, reliable, professional support on a variety of data analysis projects. This position provides a tremendous growth opportunity for motivated individuals with good problem-solving skills.

For consideration, the ideal candidate must possess:

• Strong analytical background in statistical principles and modeling is a must, as is the ability to communicate with clients having less sophisticated knowledge of statistics.
• Must be familiar with techniques to build logistic regression models by looking at residuals, data plots, and interaction among factors.
• Extensive knowledge of SAS is required
