Business Analytics Specialist (US)
Position is for an experienced analytics professional skilled at developing analytical models using various data mining techniques. Must have at least 3 years of experience in CRM & WEB Analytics. Must have at least 5 years of experience in building models using quantitative, trend, probability, and statistical analysis. Should be familiar with some of the models like Classification, Estimation, Clustering, Prediction, Affinity, Regression, Probability, Neural etc. Also, some understanding of customer, productivity, supply chain, behavior and performance Analytics is needed. Should have strong interpersonal, organizational, analytical, decision making, problem-solving, negotiation and verbal and written communication skills.
Job Responsibilities: - Design and develop analytical models to better predict and understand business drivers.
- Design and develop dashboards, scorecards.
- Design and develop Logical and physical data model, ETL processes.
- Design and develop Multidimensional reporting.
Education Qualification:
College Degree preferably business, math, statistics, technology.
Technology/Tools: 5 Years of experience with one or more of the following tools - ETL Tools (Informatica, Data Integrator, SQL Loader)
- BI Tools ( Business Objects, SAS, SAP BI, Hyperion)
- RDBMS ( Oracle, SQL Server, DB2)
- WEB Analytics
- Others ( Access, Excel)
