Direct Marketing Manager (Vienna, VA)
Envision EMI, headquartered in Vienna, VA, is a national leader in the development and execution of educational conferences for over 15 years. Our talented team members are responsible for Educating, Motivating and Inspiring nearly 50,000 students per year through national and international leadership conferences. We are seeking a Direct Marketing Manager to work onsite at our headquarters in Vienna, Virginia.
As the Direct Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the development and execution of direct mail campaigns to meet program attendance goals. This includes the planning, selection and segmentation stage to the development and execution phases of our direct marketing campaigns. - Specific Responsibilities include:
- Meet application and enrollment goals for assigned programs utilizing campaign management software for data selection and segmentation.
- Provide budget projections and forecasting.
- Present results and analysis for each program to Senior Management.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and campaign and test strategy.
- Create drop calendar for mail campaigns and coordinate with vendors to meet all established deadlines.
- Coordinate with members of production, information systems, analysis, education, online marketing, and creative staff to ensure achievement of program goals.
Requirements - 3-5 years Direct Marketing experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
- Experience with management of budgets
- Experience with campaign management software, database management tools
- Experience managing aggressive schedules
- Strong analytic skills. Able to make recommendations based on data
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be able to consistently meet direct marketing deadlines
