The role
The role will involve carrying out of research to address challenging statistical problems in the interpretation of scientific forensic evidence. Key tasks will range from developing new methodologies, providing training across the organization, seeking opportunities for external collaboration and providing consultancy.
The person
We need a highly motivated person who relishes the challenge of helping to solve crime. Possibly working in a similar organisation or University research team, you will have a PhD in Statistics supported by experience of programming, consultancy and research. Excellent communication skills and sound judgement will be essential.
