We are looking for a Mathematical modeller
You will work closely with epidemiologists and statisticians to analyse data to develop and parameterise new mathematical models and modify existing models to gain insights into infection transmission systems, contribute to methodological advances in mathematical modelling and predict the impact of preventive interventions. We have a particular interest in sexually transmitted infections, with current projects investigating the transmission dynamics of Chlamydia trachomatis and the impact of partner notification and screening, and the population impact of antiretroviral therapy for HIV infection in resource limited settings.
